Apple Pie

    dough

  • 300g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 1TL baking soda
  • 2 eggs

    filling

  • 1kg apples (sour, hard)
  • 50g butter
  • 60g sugar
  • 100g raisins
  • 1Pack (~40g) custard mix (starch + vanilla extract)

    crumbles

  • 150g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar

    for baking

  • butter to grease a springform pan

    the pie

  • heat up and liquify the butter in separate bowls (I use pots)
  • peel and dice apples
  • add ingredients to each, knead the dough and the crumbles (keep kneading the crumbles until it's all crumbly!)
  • grease springform pan with butter
  • spread dough, add apple-mix, top with crumbles
  • bake at 160C for 60 minutes
  • let it cool down and enjoy :3
