    ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 180ml milk
  • vanilla
  • yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 70g sugar
  • 70g butter
  • jam or custard

  • fermenet the dough for 30 minutes
  • form small buns, let them sit for another 10 minutes
  • fry in oil, make sure the buns are swimming like ducks
  • make sure it's not too hot, you'll have to try a lot to get it done right
  • add the filling (jam or custard usually)
  • cover in cinamon and sugar mixture
  • top with icing sugar
