ingredients
- 500g flour
- 180ml milk
- vanilla
- yeast
- 3 eggs
- 70g sugar
- 70g butter
- jam or custard
berliner
- fermenet the dough for 30 minutes
- form small buns, let them sit for another 10 minutes
- fry in oil, make sure the buns are swimming like ducks
- make sure it's not too hot, you'll have to try a lot to get it done right
- add the filling (jam or custard usually)
- cover in cinamon and sugar mixture
- top with icing sugar
