Tofu Masala
I love this recipe. Originally I used peas instead of beans, but i very much prefer the beans variant. Enjoy! <3
- (basmati) rice
- curcuma
- oil
- salt
- 400g tomatoes
- 200g green beans
- 200ml coconut milk
- one big clove of garlic
- one small onion
- 1tsp garam masala
- ginger
- curcuma
- 2-3Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1Tsp garam masala
- 200g tofu
ingredients
for the sauce:
for the tofu:
- cook rice
rice
- dice tofu, mix with garam masala, curcuma and salt, fry in oil
tofu
- sautee onion and garlic
- add ginger, curcuma, cayenne pepper and garam masala
- add tomatoes and coconut milk
- simmer for 8 minutes
- add beans (or peas), simmer for 5 minutes
- add tofu and serve with rice :)
