Chili

This is my simple chili recipe

    ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200g tomatoes
  • 200g kidney beans
  • 100g cream
  • 1 tsp marjoram (greek oregano) or oregano + lemon juice
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 Tsp cayenne pepper
  • oil
  • salt
  • basmati rice

    how-to

  • boil rice
  • slice bell peppers, fry in oil
  • add garlic
  • add tomatoes, cream and all the spices and simmer for a while
