Chili
This is my simple chili recipe
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200g tomatoes
- 200g kidney beans
- 100g cream
- 1 tsp marjoram (greek oregano) or oregano + lemon juice
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 Tsp cayenne pepper
- oil
- salt
- basmati rice
ingredients
- boil rice
- slice bell peppers, fry in oil
- add garlic
- add tomatoes, cream and all the spices and simmer for a while
